Summary
LINE 7/9 follows Marco, a middle-aged tram driver in Helsinki, whose life is defined by routine, solitude, and memories of his daughter. Between the rhythm of the city streets and the hum of the tram, fleeting encounters with travellers and strangers stir emotions he thought long buried. Through quiet heartbreak, unexpected connections, and the persistent motion of the city, Marco navigates the delicate balance between longing, memory, and the possibility of new beginnings.
